Each workout is fully customized to meet every athlete's unique abilities, ensuring safe and effective participation.
These engaging 55 minute sessions include deep, heavy work and core-strengthening exercises that enhance coordination and motor planning. Classes are held during quieter gym hours to reduce distractions and include simple health and wellness strategies that athletes can practice beyond the gym.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes, with 30- or 45-minute options available upon request. Programming can target overall and core strength, motor planning, and coordination, while supporting each individual's communication, cognitive, and motivational needs.

Each session is led by a licensed physical therapist who develops a personalized plan tailored to the individual's unique needs — whether the goal is to increase mobility, enhance balance, recover from injury, or build endurance for daily activities and sports.
