Adaptive Group Classes

Our adaptive fitness classes are designed for individuals with physical and visual challenges who want to build strength, confidence, and community through constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements. Each workout is fully customized to meet every athlete's unique abilities, ensuring safe and effective participation.

These engaging 55 minute sessions include deep, heavy work and core-strengthening exercises that enhance coordination and motor planning. Classes are held during quieter gym hours to reduce distractions and include simple health and wellness strategies that athletes can practice beyond the gym.

  • Kids Class (Ages 6-12): Saturday 10:30 AM & Sunday 1:00 PM
  • Teens Class (Ages 13-18): Saturday 11:30 AM & Sunday 2:00 PM

Inclusive Functional Fitness

Our Inclusive Functional Fitness classes, known as Limitless Strength, bring together athletes of all abilities in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Each session focuses on teamwork, connection, and mutual respect while encouraging every athlete to move at their own pace. With peer mentors offering guidance and encouragement, athletes build strength, confidence, and friendships — all while having fun and staying active.

1:1 Fitness Sessions

Personalized one-on-one or semi-private fitness sessions designed to meet each athlete's unique goals. Training focuses on functional movements—such as squatting, pushing, and pressing—to build upper and lower body strength, endurance, balance, and coordination.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes, with 30- or 45-minute options available upon request. Programming can target overall and core strength, motor planning, and coordination, while supporting each individual's communication, cognitive, and motivational needs.

Using a neuro-affirming approach, we meet every athlete where they are—physically, emotionally, and developmentally—to create an empowering and effective training experience.

Our physical therapy sessions are designed to help individuals of all abilities improve movement, strength, and confidence through functional, goal-oriented exercise. Each session is led by a licensed physical therapist who develops a personalized plan tailored to the individual's unique needs — whether the goal is to increase mobility, enhance balance, recover from injury, or build endurance for daily activities and sports.

Using a neuro-affirming, strength-based approach, we focus on what each person can do, fostering progress through encouragement and evidence-based movement strategies. Sessions may include therapeutic exercise, balance and coordination training, and functional movement practice to support long-term wellness and independence.

Inclusive Powerlifting

Athletes ages 14 and older who qualify for the Special Olympics can train and compete in one or all of the Powerlifting events. Each athlete follows a personalized training program designed to enhance strength, technique, and performance, supported by a dedicated team of experienced coaches and staff.

This inclusive program fosters athletic excellence, confidence, camaraderie, and a strong sense of achievement—both on and off the platform.
